When bushfires tore through our country, our netball community wasted no time uniting to help those tragically impacted.
Teams, sponsors, volunteers and staff banded together to host the Bushfire Relief Fundraiser match, supported by an army of fans. The special event gave spectators the special chance to see the Adelaide Thunderbirds take the court for the first time in 2020 and witness the talents of the rising stars in the Southern Force.
We are humbled by the outpour of support we have received from our South Australian netball community and proud to have raised over $18,217.00 for multiple efforts.

From entry, we raised over $10,000 for Australian Red Cross
Through coffee sales and our BBQ over $2,000 was raised for the Mayoral Relief and Recovery fund of Kangaroo Island
Blackchrome scrunchies and raffle tickets helped raise nearly $4,000 for WIRES
With the NetSetGO fundraiser plus Comwire IT donating $500 for goals scored from their logos, we raised over $800 for Lobethal Bushfire Recovery Fund
