The Development Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our members to ensure that South Australian clubs and associations are well equipped to attract and develop participants. The successful candidate will provide guidance to members around participation programs, governance, member protection, complaints, competition, and membership database assistance.

This permanent full-time role will encourage and increase participation in Netball in South Australia, demonstrating proactivity to assist associations and clubs with their plans and support improvements.

The Casual Development Officer role is responsible for delivering, and facilitating Sporting Schools programs, ensuring sessions are engaging, inclusive, and align with Netball SA’s development goals.

This role is instrumental in engaging young participants, fostering their love for netball, and promoting the sport across South Australia.
