The Content and Communications Coordinator role is the perfect opportunity for budding professionals looking to enter the world of sports marketing and communications.
The Content and Communications Coordinator will assist in the delivery of the marketing and communications objectives of Netball SA, Adelaide Thunderbirds, the Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League and the Netball SA Stadium.
The role will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to help implement campaigns to increase the awareness of each brand and produce engaging digital content for the netball community and beyond.
As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the Netball SA brand and marketing initiatives.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that effectively communicate Netball SA’s value proposition, enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience.
Netball SA is the State Sporting Organisation responsible for the promotion and development of the sport of netball in South Australia. In addition to the provision of services and support to its 35 Affiliated Associations, 300 clubs and over 35,000 participants, Netball SA also manages the Adelaide Thunderbirds which is the South Australian team competing in the national Suncorp Super Netball League.
Four Board positions will become vacant at the AGM, which will be held on Wednesday 16th April with the incumbent Directors re-standing. Appointments are for a three-year term commencing in April 2025 and are on a voluntary basis.

This role is responsible for the coordination and delivery relating to the development and growth of coaches and umpires at the Community/Grassroots level. The role is to ensure that the National Coach Accreditation Framework and the National Umpire Development Framework is delivered to the highest standard within the South Australian community.
The position protects the integrity, brand and professionalism of Netball SA by monitoring all coaching and umpiring development at a Community/Grassroots level to ultimately increase the participation numbers that represent the officials across South Australian netball.
