Netball SA has an exciting opportunity to lead our High Performance team. Our General Manager High Performance will play a critical role in providing leadership and management of Netball SA’s key elite programs including the Adelaide Thunderbirds, Adelaide Thunderbirds Futures, Elite Pathway, SA state 17U and 19U teams.

You will have significant experience in a similar high-performance role in sport, with a deep understanding of high-performance structures and the dynamics associated with it, at local, national and/or international level.

The Premier League & Programs Coordinator will play a critical role in assisting with the seamless execution of THRFG Premier League competition and Netball SA programs including the Adelaide Thunderbirds Talent Academies, Yakanarna First Nations and Rubies state teams. 

The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of pre-elite sports and to make a meaningful impact on the journey of young athletes towards elite-level success.
