All patrons purchasing tickets or attending events at Netball SA Stadium strictly do so at their own risk and are therefore required to assess their own risk prior to entry.
Netball SA has no liability whatsoever for any damaged, lost or stolen property, nor for any other loss, damage or injury suffered by a patron, whether in contract, tort or statutory liability to the full extent permitted by law.
Netball SA Stadium is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons, staff, athletes and performers.
Netball SA reserves the right to permit filming and photography of any events held at Netball SA Stadium. Images, footage or live streaming may be published by Netball SA or through approved third parties.
Patrons causing a disturbance, are offensive, discriminatory or display antisocial behaviour or refuse to comply with requests made by Netball SA Stadium Staff may be evicted from the Stadium.
All patrons entering Netball SA Stadium will respect the rights, dignity and worth of every player, spectator or match/team official (including coaches), regardless of their gender, ability, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin.
All patrons entering Netball SA Stadium will never use violence or abuse in any form towards another person including fellow spectators, players or match/team officials (including coaches).
All patrons entering Netball SA Stadium will respect the decisions of match officials and teach children to do the same.
Spectators, including players and officials (and coaches) not in play, must not enter or attempt to enter the court of play without match official’s authority.
Patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public venue and must wear shoes.
Balls including but not limited to tennis, cricket and footballs are prohibited.
Rollerblades/skates, skateboards, bikes, scooters, etc are prohibited.
Animals – Except official Guide or Hearing Dogs (passes must be shown) are prohibited.
Netball SA is a licensed venue and will follow and comply with liquor licensing laws.
All patrons entering the Stadium must comply with all conditions of entry including provisions relating to security screening, intoxication and items that are prohibited by law or restricted by policy from being brought into the venue.
Patrons must retain their tickets at all times.
Netball SA Stadium (including the outside courts) is a smoke free venue.
Patrons who refuse to comply with these conditions of entry will not be permitted entry and any entry fee/s will not be refunded.
Netball SA does not provide refunds.
