Two South Australian clubs have been acknowledged for their successes in 2022 with the Club Excellence Awards in Community and Premier League.
The Hummocks Netball Club have taken out the Community division, while Contax Netball Club are the winners amongst The Hospital Research Foundation Premier League clubs.
The community award is points-based, determined by the performance of a club, in an affiliated Netball SA association during the 2022 winter season.
Hummocks finished the 2022 season with an impressive six premierships in all five senior grades and the highest junior grade, four accredited coaches, and one B grade umpire and eight C grade umpires - making them the most deserving winner of the nominees.
Contax were crowned in the Premier League for recording the highest rankings in final places across all pathway teams in the minor rounds.
With multiple teams finishing top in their divisions, they were the highest ranked club for 2022 from their junior grades through to seniors.
