NETBALL SA - SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – FORMAL NOTICE
In accordance with clause 23.12, the Netball SA Board would like to convene a Special General Meeting for Members to vote on the following Special Resolution: That Members (entitled to vote as per the current Constitution) approve the new ‘draft’ Constitution as presented. VOTING
As per the existing Netball SA Constitution 23.5.2 the following persons shall be entitled to vote at this Special General Meeting.
- AMND and CND – Five (5) Delegates nominated in writing by each Division;
- Each Association – Two (2) Delegates nominated in writing by each Member Association;
- Coaches and Umpires – Two (2) Delegates nominated in writing by the Coaches and Umpires Association of whom one shall be a representative of coaches and the other a representative of Umpires;
- Life Members
RSVP's
Notice of Delegates and RSVPs are required no later than close of business Wednesday 10 April 2024. RSVPs need to be endorsed by Member Association Presidents or Secretaries and must include the following information.
- Who will be attending the meeting from your Association?
- Who will be voting on behalf of your Association?
- Will you be attending on-line or in person?
