Netball SA has relaunched its Coloured Shirt Program, set with new content and materials to improve development for beginner umpires in South Australia.
Whilst government funding for the program has ceased, Netball SA decided to continue the program as entry-level training.
The new-look program will continue to focus on supporting beginner umpires while also elevating its education offerings to fast-track development.
It will also feature extra training for clubs and associations who wish to improve their capacity to also educate and support their new umpires.
Education resources, learning tools, and marketing and promotional materials will be released to centres in the coming months.
