VOTING
As per the existing Netball SA Constitution 23.4.1 the following persons shall be entitled to receive notice of and to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
- AMND and CND – Five (5) Delegates each notified in writing
- Each Association – Two (2) Delegates each notified in writing
- Coaches and Umpires – Two (2) Delegates notified in writing One (1) who shall represent Coaches and One (1) who shall represent Umpires.
- Life Members
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the proposed Governance Restructure, and the Special General meeting to be held on 17 April 2024 with a proposal to vote on a new Constitution, the outcome of this proposal will determine under which rules (existing or new constitution) the elections will take place.
The AGM agenda shall be sent to each member not less than twenty-one (21) days prior to that meeting. Such agenda shall include items and notice of motion submitted in accordance with the constitution in force at that juncture. Further, if appropriate, a summary of any changes to the voting rules will be included in that notice.
