Tricia Crockford, who helped the SA Rubies achieve silver in last year’s competition, has returned as Head Coach. Paul Beinke has come on board as an Assistant Coach and Samantha Luck has been appointed as team manager.
This team will help shape the athletes selected for the SA Rubies compete in the annual Marie Little OAM Shield which is a tournament that provides women with an intellectual disability the chance to compete at a national level.
With trials dates being announced for the end of this month if you know someone who would be interested in testing their netball skills on the national stage be sure to let them know to apply by 9.00am Monday 24 June.

We are pleased to announce the trial dates for the South Australian Rubies team are as follows:
Trial 1: Thursday 27 June 6.00pm – 8.00pm, Priceline Stadium
Trial 2: Thursday 4 July 6.00pm – 8.00pm, Priceline Stadium

Definitions of athlete eligibility for the Marie Little OAM Shield shall be:
- Eligibility: Players competing in the Marie Little OAM Shield must complete the Sport Inclusion Australia MLS Eligibility Form
- Age Eligibility: All participants must be aged 16 years or older in the year the competition is held.
