The Netball SA Premier League competition is set to return this Friday night, August 6, following a two-week break due to the COVID-19 outbreak in South Australia.
Netball SA is waiting to receive a final COVID Management Plan from SA Health, however can provide the following directions from SA Health ahead of tomorrow night's matches:
- No spectators will be permitted, however one person per participant can attend if they are required as a caregiver. They must wear a mask and enter at the same time as the participant - caregivers will not require a ticket.
- Anyone who is a part of the team playing on the night who has a season pass is required to use the QR codes prior to entry.
- Please do not distribute other season passes to those not required on the night to ensure Netball SA adheres to the no spectator direction
- Masks are required for all staff and players when entering and moving around the stadium. Players may remove masks for their warm up and game. All staff must wear their mask at all times. Reserves on the bench must wear a mask until they take the court.
- Reserves Division teams - as there are no spectators allowed, please ensure Reserves Division staff and players only arrive in time for their pre-game preparation, not prior. All players and staff for this division must go straight to their allocated changeroom and unfortunately can not come out to the seating and watch the Premier Division. Players and staff may make their way to their allocated court at the conclusion of the Premier Division match.
- Premier Division teams - please be aware, all staff and players must leave the stadium at the conclusion of your cool down.
Due to continuing upgrades to the entry of the stadium, patrons will need to enter via the Western entry (former VIP entry).
The match between Tango and Contax on Court 1 will be live streamed via the Netball SA Premier League Facebook page.
Netball SA appreciates the assistance of all players and staff in ensuring the stadium is COVID safe and adheres to all directives from SA Health.
