With community sport expected to resume next Tuesday, December 1, Netball SA (NSA) and the City Night Division (CND) Committee can provide the following update on the competition.
To adhere to government guidelines around density following the recent impact of COVID-19, an extra night for competition will be introduced for the remaining two rounds of 2020.
This will see all GO, Primary and some Sub Junior Grades being played across two timeslots on Thursday night, in an effort to ensure the safety of the netball community.
CND in association with NSA will now begin to make the necessary adjustments to the draw and advise all clubs when the updated draw is live on the CND website.
In addition, due to the requirement to limit numbers, one spectator per player will be permitted to attend games.
The stadium will be implementing a QR code to record attendance, in line with SA Health requirements. Please be patient as we adjust to the new system.
Further information regarding attendance and ticketing information will be provided prior to next Tuesday, December 1.
Details regarding entry times and processes will also be released in the coming days.
If the return-to-play date is extended beyond December 1, NSA and the CND Committee will reassess the format of the competition and provide further communication to the community.
