The South Adelaide Netball Club has announced two major signings for their 2023 season, securing an experienced duo with an established connection.
In a major coup for the club, South have landed the 2022 Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League MVP in Jess Paradiso, and versatile midcourter Charlotte Veart.
Paradiso, a former Adelaide Thunderbird, will add extensive experience and knowledge to South’s list. In addition to taking out the League MVP, Paradiso was named in the 2022 Team of the Year in goal attack.
She is now set to line-up with goal shooter Maggie Kerr – who won the League Rookie of the Year Award in 2022 – making them a duo to watch in 2023.
A dynamic midcourter, Veart will bring versatility and strong game sense to South as they look to strengthen their attack end next season.
The pair, formerly at Tango Netball Club together, arrive at the Panthers with a strong connection on and off the court.
All eight Premier League clubs will announce two marquee signings over the coming weeks, followed by the announcement of their initial squad of 12 in December.
