Two shooting stars have claimed the MVP accolades for the Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League and Reserves divisions in 2025.
For the fifth time and second-consecutive, South Adelaide star Jess Paradiso has been crowned Most Valuable Player of the league division.
The GA/GS first won the coveted award in 2013 with Newton Jaguars Netball Club, before winning two with Tango Netball Club in 2020 and 2022, and going back-to-back with South Adelaide Netball Club in 2024 and 2025.
This season, she shot 361 of 442 attempts and was the key playmaker for the Panthers once again.
On the back of the 2024 Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League competition, two players were awarded as joint Most Valuable Player for their outstanding performances throughout the season.
She was also named as the joint Goal Attack in the Westfield Team of the Year for 2025.
Emily Laird from Contax Netball Club has won the Reserves MVP award after a stellar season with the Blues.
The GA/GS was a key contributor for the side all year and stepped up further in the side’s grand final victory in August.
She shot 315 goals from 396 attempts across the season and was the playmaker in her side’s attack end.
After making the move to Contax in 2024, Laird has played 31 reserves games for the club and made her Premier League debut in 2025.
