The Contax Netball Club have been announced as the winners of the 2023 Mazda Club Excellence Award for The Hospital Research Foundation Premier League.
At the end of the regular Premier League Season, each club is awarded points based on where their respective teams rank in the top five grades (Premier League, Reserves, Inter 1, Junior 1 and Sub-Junior 1), to determine the winner of the Club Excellence Award.
Contax were awarded the prize after an exceptional performance in 2023 where four out of their five top grades finished on top of the ladder at the end of the regular season.
The award caps off a highly successful season for the club, where both the Premier and Reserves sides claimed premierships, adding to those won by all three top junior grades.
The club accepted the award at Netball SA’s Gala Awards Night on Friday, September 29.
