High Performance Umpire Squad
Netball SA is pleased to announce the umpires selected in the 2026 High Performance Umpire Squad.
The High-Performance Squad represents the pinnacle of umpiring in South Australia, with members allocated weekly to The Hospital Research Foundation Group Premier League competition. Umpires within this squad demonstrate a high level of technical ability, game understanding, and professionalism, and play a key role in leading standards across the state.
This group is led by the High-Performance Umpire Panel: Graeme Gilbert, Dusty Gould, and Steph Jarmyn.

Talent Identification (TID) Umpire Squad
The Talent Identification Umpire Squad focuses on developing the next generation of umpires progressing within the Netball SA pathway.
Umpires in this squad will officiate within the Adelaide Metropolitan Netball Division (AMND) League competition, where they will receive ongoing mentoring and feedback to support their development. The TID program is designed to bridge the gap between emerging and high-performance officiating, providing umpires with the skills, confidence, and experience required to take the next step in their pathway.
The squad is led by the TID Umpire Panel: Renee Reynolds, Kasey Scoble, and Bruce Stribley, who play a key role in overseeing allocations, providing guidance and feedback, and supporting umpires as they continue to develop within the pathway.

Development Squad
New for 2026, the Development Umpire Squad has been introduced to further strengthen the Netball SA umpire pathway and provide targeted support for emerging officials.
Umpires in the Development Squad will primarily officiate Inter 1 matches, providing them with consistent match play opportunities in a competitive environment. The focus of this squad is on building foundational skills, confidence, and game awareness, with a strong emphasis on learning and development.
Members of the Development Squad will also benefit from mentoring and guidance from High Performance umpires throughout the season, helping to support their growth and progression within the pathway.
