On Tuesday, July 20, the South Australian Government announced a 7-day state-wide lockdown, which takes effect from 6.00pm on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 (tonight).
The following directives have come into effect as a result.
COMMUNITY NETBALL
- As a result of the lockdown directive, all trainings, workshops and matches are postponed until further notice. This also applies to the Netball SA Premier League.
- Netball SA will continue to communicate with members and liaise with Associations while we work through what this means for our Netball activities and competitions once restrictions are lifted and next steps can be finalised.
NETBALL SA STADIUM
- The Netball SA Stadium is now closed to the general public until further notice.
- Netball SA Staff will be working remotely and contactable by email and mobile phone during their respective work hours.
Netball SA would like to acknowledge this is a tough time for everyone and thanks the netball community for its patience as everyone works through the latest COVID-19 restrictions and what this means for netball.
In the meantime, please look after yourselves, stay safe, and follow the directions of the South Australian Government.
