The City Night Division (CND) competition will return to the Netball SA Stadium at Mile End for the final two rounds of 2020.
Due to the recent impact of COVID-19 in South Australia, there are several new measures that will be introduced for the remainder of the 2020 matches.
As per SA Health and SA Government requirements, all visitors to the stadium are required to scan in via the SA Government QR tracking, managed through the MySAGov App which can be downloaded here.
This process requires individuals to download the app and register an account. Netball SA strongly recommends patrons download the app in advance as there can be delays.
The data will be securely held on the SA Government’s servers for a period of 28 days and deleted after this time. This process will assist the contact tracing team to react in the event of a positive case linked to the venue.
Patrons will need to check in on arrival at the stadium by scanning the QR code that will be available from staff and on display in and around each entry point.
Once “checked-in” via the app, patrons will receive a confirmation text which they will be required to present to staff upon entry to the stadium.
Those without a smart-phone will be required to fill in a paper form available at the stadium and present it to staff for collection prior to entering the facility.
ENTRY
Entry will remain via the main entry for outdoor courts and the VIP entry for indoor courts. Umpires and coaches with bags will line up along the wall immediately to the north of the main entry doors. View map.
For indoor courts, patrons will line up along the wall to the north of the VIP doors. Patrons are asked to queue at their designated entrance accompanied by a caregiver or spectator. Staff will be there to guide as needed.
Due to the recent reduction in capacity, Netball SA will be strictly adhering to the one caregiver or spectator per participant. Additional spectators are not to attend and will not be permitted entry.
As patrons move through the entrance, they will be required to show staff their QR check-in confirmation text. They will then be asked to proceed to the ticket scanning point to have their ticket scanned.
Please note: All patrons will be required to exit the facility between timeslots.
EXIT
At the end of the first game, ALL patrons must leave the premises. If a patron is returning, they MUST have their ticket scanned out prior to exiting.
Exit via:
- Eastern Gate (adjacent courts 15 and 23)
- Western Gate (next to first aid)
- Main entry (including scan out)
- VIP entry (including scan out)
Patrons are asked to leave the premises as quickly as possible to avoid any delays in the next timeslot.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Following recent government guidelines, stronger restrictions on the entry and physical distancing requirements will be in place at the stadium.
All patrons are required to maintain 1.5 metres in distance from other patrons at all times, even if they are from the same household.
Additionally, increased restrictions have been implemented on the indoor court seating. This is to ensure patrons adhere to seating signage.
MASKS
As per SA Health guidelines, all visitors to the stadium are strongly encouraged to wear masks during their visit.
Netball SA and the City Night Division Committee appreciate everyone’s cooperation to ensure SA Health’s directions are adhered to.
We thankyou for your understanding in keeping our patrons safe.
