Entering the stadium
As our stadium is still operating under COVID-19 safety procedures, please take note of when and where you can enter the stadium.

Indoor courts
Those attending indoor matches are required to line up at the VIP Entrance down the side of the stadium with one player and one parent, guardian, or spectator. This entrance should also be used for scorers, team managers or primary carers for a match on the indoor courts. Please click here for a map that shows where you line up.
Outdoor courts
Those attending outdoor matches are required to line up in the bottom carpark area near court five with one player and one parent, guardian, or spectator to enter the stadium through the Main Entrance. This line for the Main Entrance should also be used for scorers, team managers and primary carers for the outdoor courts. Please click here for a map that shows where you line up.
Umpires, coaches and C6 players
Umpire, coaches and C6 players are required to line up by the office windows to enter through the Main Entrance. C6 players, please note that the one player and one parent, guardian, spectator or primary carer rule still applies. Please click here for a map that shows where you line up.
Exiting the stadium
At the end of your game please make sure you exit the stadium in a timely manner via any of the exit points highlighted on this map. Doors for the next time slot will not open until everyone has exited the stadium and a head count as been conducted for the remaining people in the stadium. Please exit in a timely manner to allow maximum opportunity for players to warm up prior to their match.
If you are a coach or umpire and are remaining in the stadium for the next time slot, please move to the Eastern Stand and be seated at the completion of the time slot. You will then be counted by security and the Stadium Team will advise when you are clear to head to your court.
When playing in the first time slot, please consider players and spectators waiting to gain entry for the second time slot.
Tickets
Netball SA in partnership with Ticketmaster have launched the online purchase of entry tickets. You are now able to pre-purchase an entry ticket from Ticketmaster via the links below. Tickets for the following rounds will be released the day after the previous round has been played (for example following Round 1 Seniors and Intermediate competition on November 3, Round 2 tickets will be released on November 4) via the Ticketmaster website.

- Simply refreshing your window in your browser.
- Purchasing your tickets using the Ticketmaster app on your phone if it isn't working on your computer.
If you are still experiencing problems, we suggest calling Ticketmaster on 136 100 and following the prompts.
Tickets will be available for purchase at the door once all entry lines have been scanned to enter the stadium, although there will be a limited allocation at the door and a surcharge will apply.
Your ticket will need to be scanned when entering the stadium. If you need to leave the stadium and then return, please make sure your ticket is scanned out so then it can be scanned back in when you re-enter the stadium.
Ticket prices
Following the impact of COVID-19, Netball SA is now required to sell through Ticketmaster to ensure contact tracing. To do so, Ticketmaster charge a 50-cent fee per ticket, which the following prices now reflect. The below costs remain the same as the 2020 Adelaide Metropolitan Netball Division season.

Player injury strapping
Elastoplast tape for strapping can be purchased from inside the stadium at the café. A comprehensive strapping guide can be found here. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Netball SA and SA Sports Medicine Association (SASMA) will not be able to provide or conduct strapping for players.
