COVID Restrictions
Please follow all directions given by Netball SA staff and dedicated COVID Marshals to ensure a safe environment where COVID-19 requirements are met.
If breakouts occur in other states, Netball SA will immediately receive communication from SA Health advising of necessary measurements for returning travelers who may have been exposed to the virus.
This may require stadium patrons to disclose their recent travel, which could restrict their entry to the stadium. Please answer all questions truthfully if this situation does occur and respect COVID Marshals when doing so.
Ingress and Egress
Entry points: Main Entry
Exit Points: Main Entry and Back Gates
Before entering the stadium, patrons will be required to complete a COVID QR check-in before scanning their ticket for entry. They will be required to show the ‘Green Tick’ (or paper form) to COVID door staff to ensure all patrons have checked-in. The doors will be left open for patrons to enter and exit as they please.
Patrons will be counted when entering and exiting the stadium to ensure Netball SA remains under the threshold of their approved COVID Management Plan. In the unlikely event that Netball SA reaches its capped number of guests inside the stadium, staff will work with AMND event organisers to restrict entry to the stadium to essential personnel.
If leaving the stadium with the intention to return, patrons are encouraged to show their ticket when exiting to ‘scan out’ of the stadium. This continues to provide an accurate reading of the amount of people in the stadium at any one time.
Spectator Numbers
Netball SA is excited to announce that following the recent approval of its COVID Management Plan, spectator numbers will return to normal for the 2021 AMND season.
At the conclusion of each match, patrons are asked to make their way to the nearest exit to allow for the next timeslot to enter the stadium.
Stadium Facilities
Espresso and Canteen
The espresso and canteen outlets will remain open throughout game changeover. If patrons intend to purchase an item after the game is complete, they are asked to leave the premises with the purchased product.
A reminder that no alcohol can be brought onto our premises as Netball SA’s license only permits alcohol to be bought from the on-site café. Patrons consuming alcohol must remain inside or outside on the pavers (not on the court surface).
Showers/Change room Access
This year, Netball SA is excited to offer change room facilities to players, umpires, and the public.
- Change room 4, 5 & 6: Female
- Change room 7: Male
- Change room 8: All Gender
Patrons who intend to visit the change room after the last time slot need to vacate the premises within 30 minutes of completion of the game. No electronic appliances without a current test and tag sticker are to be used.
First Aid Access
First Aid will be onsite from doors open until doors close. The room can be accessed via the main foyer. At this stage, strapping is still not permitted by first aid personnel.
Water Fountains
Netball SA are currently reinstalling the correct tap to fill up water bottles at our current water stations. In the interim, Netball SA will provide two water barrels full of water, for patrons to fill up their bottle when necessary. These will be located outside, under the veranda near the Duty Room.
