Oakdale Netball Club – 2018 AMND Winter Season

Oakdale Netball Club is seeking coaches for the 2018 Winter Season, for all grades.

Coaches will be dedicated to the development of our athletes.

Selection Criteria includes:

  • Minimum Foundation Level Coaching Accreditation (or willing to obtain)
  • Current police check
  • Willing to undertake professional development
  • Willing to, or be a member of Netball SA
  • Ability to liaise with Committee and other Coaches within the club
  • Outstanding organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including taking direction, following guidelines and accepting feedback
  • Participation in club events and support club fundraising
  • Deliver weekly training sessions for the season to acceptable standards
  • Submit season reports as requested
  • Adhere to all Netball SA policies, Association policies and Club policies

Netball SA – Community Coach

Netball SA is now accepting applications for community coaches to join our team. Our community coaches provide quality introductory netball programs for junior players within South Australia which emphasise skill development and active participation in a safe and enjoyable environment. Primarily, the position will implement the Netball SA Sporting Schools program and provide opportunities for every young person to participate in and progress through the Netball Australia player pathway. The Community Netball Coach will be providing many children with their first experience of Netball.

Kangarilla Netball Club – Head Coach

Kangarilla Netball Club, affiliated with the Southern Hills Netball Association, is seeking expressions of interest for a Head Coach for the 2018 winter season.

We are a family-friendly, community-based club looking to grow and develop the 4 senior and 4 junior teams of last year, with new members (players, coaches and umpires) always welcomed.

As Head Coach, you would coach the A Grade team and provide leadership to the other coaches.  Commitment to weekly training sessions (night negotiable) and Saturday afternoon games is essential.

You would be given support from an enthusiastic committee to implement new strategies to take our players to the next level, whilst maintaining an atmosphere that promotes the enjoyment of the game.  Assistance would also be given for you to further develop your coaching skills as required.

If you have coaching experience, the enthusiasm and skills to advance the senior ranks, and a passion for promoting the development of junior players, then we would love to hear from you.

Kangarilla Netball Club – Umpires needed

Kangarilla Netball Club, affiliated with the Southern Hills Netball Association, is seeking umpires of any level and experience, for the 2018 winter season.

As a badged umpire you would join the A Grade Umpire pool and umpire across the A grade games. New and inexperienced umpires would be provided with support to develop their skills through the Coloured Shirt Program.

Remuneration is in line with usual standards, and dependent on experience level.

Games are played on Saturdays, and numbers of games umpired each week is negotiable.

Noarlunga Netball Club – Junior & Senior Coaches

Noarlunga Netball Club is seeking enthusiastic junior and senior coaches who are passionate about developing netballers to achieve their full potential and a love for the game.

Noarlunga Netball Club is a community-based netball club who compete in the Southern Hills Netball Association every Saturday and traditionally train on Tuesday. We support the “Let Kids Be Kids” and “Good Sports” national campaigns to promote a family-friendly environment for our members while still remaining competitive in our association.

Coaching positions available in all grades.

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience coaching at Association or Club level
  • Minimum Foundation Level Coaching Accreditation preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Proved coaching records and references
  • Ability to liaise with Committee, Coordinators and other coaches within our club
  • Willing to attend coaches meetings throughout the season
  • Deliver weekly training sessions for the season to acceptable standards
  • Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Adhere to all Netball SA policies, Association policies and Club policies

Two Wells Football and Netball Sporting Club

The Two Wells Football and Netball Sporting Club, affiliated with the Adelaide Plains League in the Northern Region, is seeking two senior netball coaches to join the club for grades A3 and A4.

The club trains on Thursday nights and plays on Saturdays, and has 5 senior and 6 junior netball grades, which includes the NetSetGo program.

Any new players of all experience are also welcomed to join the family friendly club.

Macclesfield Netball Club – Head Senior Coach

Macclesfield Netball Club is a part of the Southern Hills Netball Association (SHNA). We are a small family friendly country club with 3 senior teams and 4 junior teams playing on Saturdays. We also hold a popular Net-Set-Go program.

Macclesfield Netball Club is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Netball Coach to assist with growth and development for the 2018 season.

This role would involve:

  • Coach highest Senior team
  • Overseeing preseason activities
  • Conducting Senior training sessions
  • Leader and mentor for other coaches
  • Game day attendance
  • Support of club events

Macclesfield Netball Club have a focus on junior development and as such, support and mentoring of junior players will be required also.
