To celebrate the Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015 Legacy Program, a number of resources have been developed by Netball Australia and the Netball World Cup team to support Clubs, Associations, schools and community organisations to increase participation and exposure to their programs following the completion of the Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015.
The current range of resources available includes the Community Umpire Toolkit, Bench Official Online Education Course, Schools ‘Mini Netball World Cup’ Curriculum Resource and #GETINTHEGAME.
Netball SA has developed a planning toolkit to support clubs and associations in the delivery of their legacy plans post Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015. Netball World Cup SYDNEY will no doubt generate a significant amount of interest in Netball, and Netball SA wants our Clubs and Associations to be ready with the best information and ideas to convert that interest into life-long participation!
The Netball SA planning toolkit for Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015 Legacy includes:
• Creating an Inclusive Club
• Promoting your Legacy Programs
• Come and Try Guide
• ANZ NetSetGO
• Post Netball World Cup Competitions
• 7 Pillars of Inclusion Poster
• Racism. It stops with me Poster
• Play By The Rules Poster
Post Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015, Netball SA would like all of our Clubs and Associations to share their ‘come and trys’, gala days, social competitions with us so we can assist you with promotion via the Netball SA website and social media channels.
Netball SA would like to encourage those associations who traditionally do not offer a summer competition or program to get involved. It is critical to the success of the Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015 Legacy Program that future or returning players, coaches, umpires, administrators and fans have an opportunity to participate in netball in their community within a six week window following the conclusion of the Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015 – Friday, 7 August to Sunday, 16 August 2015.
